Resumes, certificates, and identity documents are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Files are retained for as long as your account is active and may be deleted on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

3. Employer Access

Verified employers can view candidate profiles and contact details only when a candidate has explicitly applied to one of their jobs, or has made their profile publicly searchable. Employers must agree to use this data solely for legitimate recruitment.

4. Recruitment Agency Access

Verified recruitment agencies operate under the same access rules as employers. Agencies must hold valid licenses in their jurisdiction and confirm they are authorized to recruit candidates lawfully.
