Refund Policy

GoGlobal is free for candidates. This policy applies to paid services offered to employers and recruitment agencies.

1. Free Services

Candidate registration, profile creation, and job applications are completely free. There are no refunds applicable as no payments are taken from candidates.

2. Employer & Agency Paid Plans

Employers and agencies may subscribe to paid plans for job posting, featured listings, or candidate database access. The terms below apply to these purchases.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Pro-rated refunds may be granted if the service has not been used.
  • No refund will be issued once a subscription benefit (e.g., featured posting, candidate contact unlock) has been consumed.

4. Process

To request a refund, email billing@goglobal.jobs with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Account suspended for violating Terms & Conditions.
  • Job posts removed for fraud or non-compliance.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.

6. Changes

People United LLP reserves the right to update this policy. The version in force at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
